Buying a 4.0 GTS
Discussion
Well after previously having two Boxsters (981 S and 718 S) and then moving to 3 Aston Martins - have decided this weekend to sell my Aston Martin DB12 Volante - it’s only 6 months old. Have felt good having them but now feeling a little underwhelmed by it so looking forward to finding either a new or nearly new one at £90 ish - but without the alcantara steering wheel.
Can’t wait for things to move ahead on this

Underwhelmed in what way?Stark999 said:
I can’t explain it - don’t really feel excited by having it anymore and wouldn’t be sad to see it go, however much an amazing car it is.
However I’m really excited about the 4.0 GTS and having so much fun in it
I found my 4.0 underwhelming, the Boxster architecture is quite dated and the 4.0 with its various mandated various filters never sounded as nice as earlier cars. However I’m really excited about the 4.0 GTS and having so much fun in it

My only other option is a Ferrari 488 Spyder - which I find tempting but having a 7 year old car worries me a little maybe
Maybe also consider a Spyder? I had a 4.0 Boxster and loved it. Now have a 718 Spyder which is just that bit better to drive and feels more special. Looks sensational tooSpyder RS is also a great car, with many available, but is much more hardcore
