Guys

I am not a massive fan of silver cars, however i have just been on autotrader and found a car that is "Titanium Silver" - is this the standard silver or a darker version as it looks different to my previous S1 which was bright silver!

Not sure specifically on Lotus's interpretation of this colour, but generally 'Titanium Silver' is a dark silver colour, often just a bit lighter than 'Gunmetal Grey'. Titanium silver should not be a very bright silver.

Thats interesting. I'll keep an eye out!

So it would seem that there is Aluminium, Titanium and Gunmetal!

S1 silvers...

Titanium - darker silver as suggested.
New Aluminium - bright/white silver.

Yeah Quicksilver was a TINY bit more blueish than the New Aluminium, but you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference.

There's also "storm titanium" which was darker than titanium again but not sure if this was available on the S1.
