I would guess the car is not ULEZ compliant?

Marshall highlight on the health check:

2xECU Codes,
Buckled Wheel
Split Wishbone Bushes
Rear Brake Pads

Have any been fixed and is the EML on currently?

Indeed.
The supercharger tensioners and guides from this time would wear prematurely causing a slip in the timing chain, so the pistons hit the valves. Engine rebuild.
The coolant pipes and thermostat are made of plastic, which becomes very brittle, especially with a car of this age, and cracks or fails completely. Causing engine overheat/melting and a full engine replacement.
The water pump is considered a consumable so if it hasn't been replaced at this age and mileage, it can leak or fail. Again causing engine overheat/melting and a full engine replacement.
