Hi All

I have an issue with my 95 chim, it seems that the cable has snapped inside the motor housing. Having look i can't see to find away of getting the cable to remove so that I can replace it. Ii have taken the top of the dashboard to see if there are any inspection holes, none to be find.

Any help or advice on how to loosen any bolts etc that would be great.

James

If the cause of it snapping is that a wheel box has seized...I would try rotating the cable. If it has been replaced with a 14W cable instead of a 29W cable they convolute and break as the enter the first inch of tube but even so, should spin out. A@

95 is wiper motor under bonnet isn't it?
If so remove wipers from spindles, unbolt and disconnect wiring to motor, loosen off large nut that attaches motor to tubing and motor should lift out hopefully revealing some cable left to grab hold of.
