I'm thinking of heading over to Wales for Rali Ceredigion in a couple of weeks. My rough plan was to try and catch the super special in Aberystwyth on the Saturday evening, stay over then go to one (or both) of the stages on the Sunday. What are the fan zones on the stages like? And is Nant y Moch or Mynnydd Bach likely be a better bet?

I ended up booking for the Saturday evening town stage, then both Sunday stages.

I'm thinking of going early Sat for the Elan Valley stage. Has anyone got any stage maps? Thanks

Did you get tickets for the spectator area? Castle will likely be the best spot. Am going to Aber for other reasons on that weekend. Didn't realise it was on!

Yes, got tickets, but not the premium tickets. Thanks for the castle recommendation.

We had a good weekend. In case anyone finds this on a search for future, I'll add some comments about where we viewed from.

Yesterday we watched most of the international class cars from the "X" on the map, it was good to get so close to them, albeit above. We walked further round the stage and watched most of the national class cars from the "Y", which was a better view, as you were down on their level. There was also commentary at this point. The gaps between cars were shorter too for the national classes.

This morning we went to Mynydd Bach, the second and third fields seemed to be the best views and weren't too busy. We had planned to go to Nant Y Moch in the afternoon, but heard that the car park was full/closed. We could have stayed at Mynydd Bach for the final stage, but didn't fancy hanging around in heavy rain, for the last stage, especially with a 4 hour drive home afterwards.

Managed to get to the start of that stage - highly entertaining.

A good event - lots of spectator access.
