Something positive out of Europe?

[nel]

For info:

Shock horror, potentially something useful coming out of Europe for the general public! The Commission are having a go at the mobile phone operators about their roaming charges and ultimately should force price reductions. They have started a web site today that gives comparative costs of the various national operators for roaming and suggest means of getting a better deal.

I couldn’t get all the functions to work, but I suppose that it’s early days. Or maybe it'll be typically European and never work properly...:)
