WERTHER RAMP ISSUES 2251/32a

We have just been given a werther 2 post 3 phase ramp for our lock up.. sparky who wired it blew the transformer so now wired correctly and new transformer fitted, will only go up or lock down. If we try to go down it blows the fuse. Something not right here obviously but I was wondering if any of you lot had the exact same ramp I could get a picture of the guts of the control box. I've got a feeling the spark has messed with it and it's doomed forever. We did have the electrical diagram too but he also took that with him and has since lost it.

So bonus points for electrical wiring diagram, but a pic would be more than helpful.
