best 'cant touch account' for 16 year old

nephew is 16 next week and want to open some type of saving account/isa for him that he can't touch.
he's getting a good job next month, 25k - joke at 16! and dont want him wasting it on £250 tracksuits and stone island jumpers.
was thinking the help to buy isa but thats gone now? his mum and dad (my brother) have a savings account from when he was a kid and cld just bang it in there but want to set some thing up so he can start saving too. he gets this at 21.
ive no kids and just the 2 nephews (other 1 is 14) so they're in for a killing when I peg it anyway so long term finance isnt an issue for them. but want them to learn to look after money when they're young etc.
