For those who have the Life110 AST coilovers, how many "clicks" do you have them set to, front and rear?

And how much did you lower the car by?

The S is lower by 4mm, but the wheels also fill the arch by 4mm more. So I was leaning towards a 10mm lowering all around, to give the same wheel-arch gap as the Life110 springs have on the non-S A110. (Hope my napkin math made sense.)

But the wheel-arch gap seems greater on the rears. On the French forums, some folks have lowered the rear by more than the front, to "flatten" the car. Has anyone here done that? Thoughts?

I'm currently running the following (clicks from full hard) - Road ASTs

Road. 6F / 5R - as set by David P after I switched to S ARBs.

Track. 3 all round (My own setting - I haven't tracked anywhere billiard month since having the dampers fitted but I reckon you could go harder)

I'm not sure on the ride height but it's lower than an S - it's about the same as it was when I just had the Life110 springs fitted.

Here is the setup sheet from when the dampers were fitted. The damper setting was set by Matt for an upcoming trip to Spa.

Fun Fact: the 'road' and 'track' ASTs are the same as I understand it, only the spring is different.

This is fantastic! Thank you so much!

I'm not in the UK, so I don't have access to the wizardry of Matt O'Hara, but I'll use this as a starting point. Just have to remember to swap left and right since mine is a LHD.

BTW, your name and plate number are both on that attachment, in case you care.
