OK so I'm not the sharpest tool when it comes to phones and stuff.
I have a ticket for an event booked through Ticketmaster using a "Yahoo.co.uk" email.
I want to add this to my Google Wallet but I get the reply "Pass is associated with a different Google Account"
Now I've probably got a few Google accounts but don't use any of them, they were just set up when registering phones etc.
Could anyone explain to an aging numpty how I add to a wallet. Any wallet would do I guess.
Concert is tomorrow night and I could just show the Ticketmaster App page but would be nice to actually learn to do this.
Thanks

Due to not using gmail and not remembering the account I have 4 different gmail accounts from various set ups.
So I deleted the Google Wallet App and reinstalled it. There's an email on one of the accounts to the effect of Welcome to Wallet.
Then I emailed the Ticketmaster email to the same account and tried to send it to Google Wallet.
I get "Pass is associated with a different Google Account"
"Try logging into the Google Account associated with this pass if you're the pass holder"
I had this about 5 or 6 months ago and managed to get it to work, I think, but maybe I just had the App open.
Why can't they just use proper paper tickets! I get stressed up worrying that I won't get into the event, my phone plays up or there's no internet or whatever.

Open air concert in Glasgow tonight so hopefully the App will be accessible.
Have another in Glasgow in December at the Hydro will have to make sure the App is open before going in.
Won't book anything through Ticketmaster after this. Honestly, the stress this causes me is not worth it.

Assuming it's a QR code a workaround would be to open the email screenshot your phone (my phone it's power button and vol down at the same time). Save that to your phone and your QR code would just be a local file.
If you are struggling on gmail account recognition could you not just open the Gmail app on your phone and check which account it is. As others have said, once you know, forward email to said address and it should save to Google Wallet which should also be available to you offline.
