Saw this fabulous looking car today - have never seen one before but always remember it from top trumps cards this was the winning card due to the engine size and top speed.

To see one in such amazing condition up close was a real treat I’ve never seen one on the road before - and even better the owner has a pack of top Trump cars in the centre console with this model at the top ! Kudos to the owner whoever you are.

A beautiful car with a mix of Ferrari and Maserati styling with a huge American motor and auto box.

There was also a Monteverdi Hai Top Trumps card, but I can’t find a photo of the card.

The best one in my early set was the Modulo.

Blurred memories from nearly half a century ago, but I recall my brother and I had a set of racing sports cars, the top trump in which was an Alfa Romeo T33 which won on every metric. The other memorable one was the Gitanes-sponsored Ligier JS2R, surely one of the best-looking racing cars of all time.
