Meet at Montford Bridge café (just off A5 and well signposted - Shrewsbury for prompt 10am start

Over to Bala Loch Café via the B4391 (running other direction for 1st time)

Bala to Pentrefoelas by B4501 and A5

Pentrefoelas to Ffestiniog by B4407 and B4391

Ffestioniog back to Bala Loch Café by B4501

Bala to McDoanlads Chirk via B4401 and A5

Good mix of scenery, challenging roads but with some A5 to draw breath

Total of 116 miles
