also, it appears to me that you cant see whose driving that. i cnt remember exactly, was it you or me that was driving at that point? it would be foolish to incriminate yourself if youre not sure. hell, its actually an infringement of the human rights act (thats true by the way).

I recall hearing you can say who was driving but not sign it and they are powerless to force you to sign it and cant act on it if its not signed.

Sadly no longer an option due to the way the law was written being ignored and re-interpreted in a test case.

Unless the European Court of Human Rights thinks differently when they hear a similar case in a couple of year's time.
