New speed reduction to be aware of

Regular visitors to the Goodwood area need to know that the whole of Bury Hill and a long stretch up/down from it has been reduced from 50mph to 40mph. This is particularly important because mobile camera vans frequently operate at the foot of the hill and half way up. Unfortunately we can largely blame lunatic bikers for this but it will affect everyone. Background and details for anyone interested here:

I think you can guarantee more vans out and about in the near future as the opportunity will be too good to resist. Of course, the lunatics won't take a blind bit of notice of the speed reduction, any more than they did before, most not even showing a number plate.
