A&E. Could be torsion (rare so not the most likely cause) but left untreated you could lose it as it dies.

I hope you have had this checked by now OP but if not you need to see a doctor, at the very leaast search for your local GP drop in centre and get seen.

BTW, these days it's ED (Emergency Department) not A&E (Accident & Emergency).
