OneDrive "This item might not exist or is no longer availabl

Just started getting this.

I can search and find the file, but then get the above message.

On my iPhone OneDrive will say it cannot find files, despite me being able to see and open it in my “recent documents”

Anyone else had this or know the solution?

If you log into OneDrive on the web, is the file the same place that the iPhone thinks it is?

I had this. Weirdly I could download the files still.

It then just worked again strangely.

Microsoft had a big outage with 365 this week so could be a related issue. Try logging out of your account and log back in. If no luck then clear cache and try again.

I’ve logged out and cannot log back in.

MS wants me to verify my account and wants to send a code to a now defunct landline.

I try to select another method and it takes me round in a circle back to using that same number again.

Managed to login again.

Still I can search a file to be told it is not there, whilst it is still there in my recent documents below.

Can you open and resave to the location you want, then delete / clear the recently opened?

I’ve saved the doc under another name and now can search / open it.

What concerns me is that I won’t be able to find other documents.
