I’m looking at buying a 2 year old A110 and just have a couple of daft questions for owners out there.

Should the car have a printed owners manual and service book or is this all electric now and through the App?

How many cards (keys), should the car be supplied with?

Cheers

I didn't get an owners manual with my new one (all online anyway). 2 key cards should be supplied.

Hi

I have thick manual, and it has the service record in the back (2023 model) the service data does update in the app also (but does not if you have your service done in France, so a written record is nice for completeness)

and 2 keys smile

Two keys (in nice leather covers) and a handbook in a leather(ette) case. 2022 Legende.

Ooh, that's rather nice! I wonder if I didn't get one of those because mine was a dealer-specced car?

The key case is a whopping £80 odd quid so make sure you have both of them!

Something I've only just realized is that the key pouch incl "key" will stick to metal. Must be a magnet in there somewhere.

TX.

The little belt which folds over the top and threads through to stop your keycard falling out is magnetically clasped.

Mine is a 2025 model and has two identical keys with the leather covers and a very basic manual without any pages for service records. I queried this with Martins Winchester and they confirmed that service records are now online and, along with the full 220 odd page manual are accessed via the Alpine app. Older models apparently had a bigger manual with service record pages. Maybe I'm old fashioned but I'd much rather have the service stamps and record in a book.
