Hey guys,

Got our first proper family holiday coming up in a few weeks and the resort has a water park (yey). Our eldest who is 8 is keen to be jumping down all the slides etc but is not a very strong swimmer at all! (although being a strong independant young girl she thinks she can do anything). So on top of one of us being at the bottom I thought it probably a good idea to get her some form of floating aid biggrin

All the ones I have spotted online seem to be for younger kids or toddlers, just wondered if any of you guys know of anything out there for slightly older kids?

Our youngest has a Turtle pack and gets on with it really well but they don't seem to cater for bigger children.

Not sure how large the straps get but our kids used a black chest strap through which 1 to 5 foam blocks could be threaded (or removed - putting them back wasn't easy).

This sort of thing - fair few variations on the theme out there.

Quick Google and this popped up from Decathlon, buoyancy vest for water sports (paddle boarding, etc) and it doesn't look too bulky.

I've used neoprene swim vests for our kids before. These ones come in XL size (6-9):

They may not them them use the slides in these things though.
