As stated in the listing the private plate is not included with the sale

Hi, I have 6 videos of each cylinder plus the invoice from the specialist who carried out the bore score stating 'no evidence of bore scoring'. I'll try and get these uploaded via Pistonheads asap but may not be able to as the auction ends so soon.
