This was our old school coach, driven by one of PE teachers to take us swimming, trips to the lake district for camping holidays and transporting rugby teams all over the north west.

It was horrendously unreliable and was replaced by a bigger, more modern coach that failed an MOT in such a spectacular fashion we had to fund raise to defray some of the expense.

I've seen on the Web that the original coach was used as a camping coach by travellers, and then possibly as a racing car transporter. The registration, 805DAL shows as on a Land Rover, does anyone have any further history or info?

That s definitely a Bedford-I m afraid I couldn t tell you what model , I m into Bedford lorry s, not buses and coaches (my father owned several Bedford lorry s way back)but that definitely has the very distinctive Bedford front hubs
Hope that s enough to point you in the right direction

Edit -I think it s a Bedford SB
