My 2023 Club Vert and Parade Laps Stickers are still on the inner windscreen.

I've just tried to remove one of them before applying the 2025 ones and -

The glue originally used is unbelievably strong.
As well as the wavy line serrations

It's the glue that's the problem.

Is anyone in this position now we are preparing and come up with a good solution.

I'm thinking Acetone but need some good ideas to try.

Thanks

Gentle heat from a hairdryer to remove them then sticky stuff remover to get rid of the residue

I find the razor blade type scraper to be good on any windscreen stickers.
As mentioned, WD40, or maybe white spirit/thinners may soften things up and help ( or get messy).
Be very careful with any kind of heat, I once had a windscreen crack when hot ( not boiling) water was spilled on to it.

Wd40 applied to kitchen roll and rubbed over area, then plenty to get off resultant sticky mess.

Use acetone - good for Panorama parking and other parking tickets inside windscreen

Plus used just before LM this year for residue from 100 anniversary sticker on paintwork (only a little bit down one edge)

Recommendations prove once again that WD40 is more a solvent than a lubricant... biglaugh
Like any cleaning, having the correct solvent is key to success: brake cleaner is almost universal where water isn't, keep a can under the sink, couple of quid, no need for the £10+ cans of 'sticky-stuff remover' rip-offs, because it's basically the same stuff.

Stick the sticker onto a clear plastic freezer bag. Then use blue tack to hold the bag to windscreen, or jam it into the gap between windscreen and dashboard facia thingy and pray that your standalone garmin will prop it up
Tired and tested method (ok I only used it one this year at BSJ) but it seems to work as I was scared xxxx-less that I’d never got the bloody thing off the inside of the screen
Just to be posh, the Lakeland plastic size 4 bag worked a treat
