Hi Guys

Has anybody experienced issues since OVO no longer support Ohme?

I had an email last week from OVO, explaining they will no longer support Ohme.
I now had to download their charge anytime app. Ive done this and followed their instructions on how to un-tether Ohme.

However I went to charge my 26% battery, 2 days ago and it didn't charge. In the end I had to use the Ohme app to over ride it. (On the 15/07 the Ohme app will not be allowed to get the cheap rate).

I spent an hour yesterday on the phone explaining my issue and they told me the tech team would check my connection etc, and send an email with any further instructions if necessary.

The email says we can confirm you are on the system, but Hyundai uses a Beta system which is on trial and so it probably will experience issues. Keep trying, if it fails let us know. Nothing of substance on how to correct the issue, more of, you bought the car live with it!

As we all know that's no good if the battery is low, and needs a charge!!!

My question is, has anybody with a Hyundai experienced this and is there a solution apart from leaving OVO?

Thanks in advance
