TV Wall brackets

Hi guys...
I want to put up a wall bracket, are they universal for all TV's ?
I have a 77 inch Sony, and wondered if i can buy any type of bracket for it ?Also, i notice that prices are all over the place, from 200 quid right down to 20 quid, should i get the most expensive ?
