Travelling to Nice for a week in July, and will be renting a car and needing somewhere to park.

I think I heard you could park in a public car park, buying a ticket for a week, and coming and going as you wished, but I can’t seem to find any information on that.

Am I mistaken in my recollection or does anyone have any ideas for minimising parking charges for the week? The apartment I’m renting is at Carras Beach on the Promenade

We drove down a couple of years ago and parked in the Sulzer car park on the front near the old town. We did just that - came and went with just one charge per day. However we used our toll tag to auto pay, so I'm not sure if that is different to a weekly ticket. Beware though, it can get busy later in the day, so you could return and find it full.
We are back in Nice now, it's completely manic tonight with all the summer solstice celebrations going on, so crowded its quite uncomfortable at times.
If I get a chance tomorrow, I'll try and get a photo of the Ts&Cs at the car park entrance.

Thanks for the reply. I have a Emovis toll tag, is that the same one that you have?
