VW T5 Specialist in Bristol / Weston

Anyone know of a decent specialist that could do a head skim or possible replacement, cam belt etc on a T5 ? It`s a mates van and he is getting quotes of up to £6k, which is probably only what the van is worth tbf. Could do with a specialist to actually confirm the fault too, as opinions seem to differ.
