I was curious as to how far people have driven to get there/back?

Personally, no co-driver, I did 594 miles yesterday.

I used to be based in Barcelona, now I'm in a nothing less than remote location some 150km/90miles south

Means I can rather take the long way, 99% highway to reach Le Mans, meaning 1200km, or go across the Pirinees thorugh wandering roads.

I opted for the second, left my town for Le Mans on Thursday 05:30 and arrived there at 04:30. Average for the first 320km was 60km/h, or 36 miles an hour.

On the way back, it became interesting as those last slow and winding km where driven at 04:00 AM, and that was after a short night/sleep during the race. With fog.

I was solo this year btw...

Anybody coming from Italy, southern Spain or Scotland can probably beat that -clicks wise- fairly easily, but considering the conditions, I think I qualify this time XD

Scottish Borders for me.

Start near Peebles at 9am on Tuesday, across to Berwick to pick up FIL then down to Bamford Rose near Banbury to drop off an Aston. Then overnight stop in Stourbridge to pick up brother. Down to Dover on Weds am then drive down to Honfleur for overnight stop before heading down to Le Mans on Thursday AM.

Return journey on Tues, all in one go, Le Mans to Peebles dropping off in Stourbridge & Berwick. 20 hour journey on the way back & I did all the driving.

1800 miles in total & 450 quids worth of fuel!

About 1700kms (1050miles) each way from San Miguel Spain,
but we split it by overnight stops with friends in the south of France on the way up and down.

On the way up at Lupiac

Seems like a long trip but part of the fun for me is the journey, here I am in the Pyrenees

on the way back we did two stops one at friends in Bordeaux and one at our favorite hotel near the Somport tunnel
