1uz engine number

i have a 1uz engine in my kit car, can you tell the year of manufacture from the engine number

You cant, unless you happen to know the car it came out of. The best I could see was an E code for an 80s engine and an F code for a 90s. Even if you search on a Toyota parts site they use VIN numbers
