I’m trying to read this. About 200 pages in and it seems so dull. Very tempted to give up.

I usually only manage about 4 pages before I’m dropping off when reading in bed.

Shall I bin it?

I thought it was one of the more readable Heinlein's.
His later stuff was just awful.

I too gave up on it at some point last year and donated it to the charity shop, I normally really like mid 20th century sci-fi but it just did nothing for me.

I'm struggling with Arthur C Clarke's 'the City and the Stars' right now. I'm determined to finish it, but I don't think I'll read anymore of his. I'm also reading Iain M Banks' 'Surface Detail ' again. It's superb.

Fall of Moondust was ok I thought. Rendezvous with Rama also.
