718 S suspension

Hopefully one or two of you might have some experience with coilovers on these cars. My car has standard suspension which I assume is the same as the non S 718.
My suspension is a bit tired I think at 74 k miles. It s pretty good most of the time but I have noticed some hopping on really tough roads at the back also too much squat on one side in particular . I’ve looked at various options but as ever without feedback it’s a guessing game as to what works. I m not after spending huge amounts, I ve always had good luck with Bilstein adjustables on other cars.
Are the mountings common to 981 s ? I ve seen a set of 981 GT4 KW s up for sale..
