Is there a further review of BoP after practice and qualifying?
No, or at least there shouldn't be. The rather f

ked up schedule of events more or less precludes it anyway. Wednesday see the 3 hour FP1 session, followed just 4 hours later by the "qualify for hyperpole qualifying" session at which point 6 cars are already out of the running. Give those cars a BoP boost and logically you're admitting the BoP was wrong and the wrong BoP is why they didn't make hyperpole. Change more/everyone's BoP and suddenly the fastest car going in to hyperpole/the race might not be the fastest one in the race. And any hint of this risks teams trying to game the system - let's face it grid position in a 24hr race is nothing more than a newspaper headline and most teams would swap that for a performance advantage for every lap of the 24 hours.
