Live Chat plugin for Wordpress

Morning, I’m having a website built at he moment for a new product and one of the things we want to integrate is a Live Chat feature which allows visitors to send an Instant Message.
I’ve no experience in this but I envisaged it working by the message being sent to the sales guys phones and one person being able to take ownership of it, or perhaps just to computers of people who are in the office and available to respond immediately.
Can anyone help with recommendations please? The only thing we need for definite is the ability to integrate it into Wordpress.

integrating with WordPress is the easy bit.
More importantly, does it integrate with your CRM, etc.
Eg, Zoho have nice live chat module that works with all their other sales / CRM software: https://www.zoho.com/salesiq/live-chat-for-sales/
