Our neighbours house has been re-roofed.
We didn't even get a knock from either the roofer or the neighbour regarding the changes. Also it was a solid roof before and they seem to have split it.
Also they seemed to have done the neighbours side but left our roof uncovered with slates off!
We did ring the neighbour up to say it had forecast thunderstorms and asked if she could get in touch with the roofer to fix the problem. Why should we have this dilemma. It isn't our roof that's being re-roofed anyway!
He did come but never knocked on our door. Absolutely ridiculous.
We did go out afterwards and he'd only done a really quick job.
Absolutely appalling to be honest.
He did fish our roof off the next day.
Thanks.Bazzzer

Cool starry bra.

Moral of the story: Work hard, buy a detached house with your own driveway and no buildings on the boundaries will solve most of your problems. biggrin

Unfortunately I'm suffering from skin cancer so I'm unable to work. 5 years of operations later & 2 years of immunotherapy. Fingers crossed that this has worked.
