MTB Bike lights. Gemini Duo 2200 power failure

Hi all

4 years ago I got a gemini duo 2200 which hasn't been used much at all and is now dead, the battery won't charge.

3 questions, do we think it can be repaired, replaced or alternatively, I have a 100 quid halfords voucher so what is the best light.

I've had cateyes in the past, are they still good?

I don't do any crazy trails and I probably didn't need the Gemini but there we go. Thanks
