Is this a national thing? my box keeps going to no signal despite having power and internet being fine.

It appears to be national.

Also says this on the TV guide on their site...

Unplugging the box seems to get it working again, but mine went off again about 10 minutes later. Haven't tried to restart it again.

Same here. Tried resetting three times. Presumed it was the episode I was watching as it worked fine for half hour watching something else. Maybe it’s fixed.

Was convinced I’d be ordering a new box in the morning and missing the F1.

I paired my remote again after it switched off about 3 times but the green light stayed on.

It seems to be fixed and hasn't gone off since.

Mine did the same - Turned off three times and wouldn’t restart without first switching off at the wall. I turned off the eco-power saving mode (auto-shutdown) in the settings menu and it’s been fine since…

Doh! I’ve spend bloody ages tonight resetting my box multiple times, swapping cables and TV inputs…

Sky Q box lost signal (not power) twice, between 9pm and 10pm.

It was as if the box just froze.

Is that same as all you guys?

Ours did it twice, the mini box seems to be working but cannot connect to the main box

Both times my Mini box wouldn't connect to the main box either. The main box needed unplugging for the mini box to connect again. All current and scheduled recordings had failed too. The reason given on the recordings was 'Power Cut' (even though I hadn't unplugged the boxes during some of those recording time slots).

I gave up after 4 freezes and went to bed, it was somewhat reassuring to see news reports of a major outage just so I don't have to try and deal with Sky.

I'm still reading people have issues this morning, I was hoping to finally be able to watch Taskmaster in a bit.

This hasn't changed at all, it was the same message all night...

That’s good (ish, hopefully don’t need an engineer), not just me then with a faulty box… mine started freezing needing a power off at about 10 last night. Frozen this morning too, but running now.

We were about to get on the phone to them until I saw it was a national problem.

Never had a fault like it before in that the screen just went blank. Restarted system and then went again 10mins later.

thought the Q box was on the way out.
Or it was full which has happened before.

Exactly the same for me. It was like it was stuck doing an update.
It took a bit of firing up this morning - had to use the button on the front of the box - but then it seemed fine.

Ours still not right. Wouldn’t turn on this morning. When I did get it going it turned off within a minute.

Left it doing an update. Unplugged it. Held power button while plugging back in. But had to come to work.

Hope this resolves itself in time for F1.
