Am I the only one? Do others have problems?
Briefly here is our problems “my rant”


Been with EE for years, everything went well over the years until we started a new digital home phone deal two months ago, and a new home hub fitted and set up by one of their engineers.

Been having the odd internet problems, loosing iplayer, ITVX etc
This week our TV downstairs and the PC in my office upstairs have lost the internet. My wife’s iPhone can get the internet, and the odd thing is?? my iPad can get the internet only when her iPhone is close by.
When she leaves the room with her phone my iPad looses the internet ??
Done all the reset stuff on the hub. The green EE light on the hub used to be a clear “8” now it’s hardly visible.

My last two direct debits have been much more than they should be. When I log on to view my account all I get is the old account that was closed two months ago. Their web site sends you round in circles, it does not recognise my new account number. I get pop ups saying there is a problem. aaaaaarrrrrrr

Call them, I've always found them relatively helpful on the phone.

Their website and app is dogst.

Update.
You are correct AB, forget the web site call them.
We spoke to a very nice guy at EE, Andy arranged for an engineer to call and sort out our smart hub. A very clever guy sorted it straight away, Internet up and running.
Andy at EE also emailed us the last three bills that we failed to find when logging on. He said we will get a refund and our new account will be updated so we will be able to view and download our bills ourselves, in the next few days.
