Hi can anyone recommend me a good S/S exhaust firm ideally in Hampshire but can use Kent/Sussex? I’m after a twin pipe set up for my Gordon Keeble a straightforward item but I still want a good job.👍
Thanks for looking & any info much appreciated.😀

I have a powerflow branch near me and have always had good work from them, try googling your local branch?

Zero Exhausts near Ashford Kent. This is my go-to for my classics. Kevin’s work is absolutely top drawer and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Maniflow in Salisbury always used to do decent work. Also, Janspeed again in Salisbury.

I know someone with a yank classic that had his exhaust custom made at the Powerflow branch in Toton, and was happy enough with the result.
Worth an enquiry.

And I know several other classic yank owners down on the south coast have used a place on Hayling Island that does custom stainless exhausts, but don't recall the name, but probably wouldn't be too hard to find with a google.

My stainless systems are from PD Gough in Nottingham, the one on the Firenza has been there since 1997 and looks new. Not very local for the OP, but they might have a pattern that reduces the need to see the car.

I just bought a stainless exhaust for my Landrover from double S exhausts in Devon; https://www.stainlesssteelexhausts.co.uk/

As I required a custom tailpipe to fit to a silencer that I had made, I bought the standard front part; exhaust manifolds and downpipes and they made me a custom tailpipe to my design - I'm well happy with it.

There is a guy less than a mile from my house that makes custom Stainless exhausts which would have made sense so I went to see him first, well impressed with his work, top quality but was more than double the price and he seems to be more geared towards performance/custom when I just needed an exhaust for a Landrover.

There are exhaust suppliers, and then there are proper exhaust Co's. Give Hayward & Scott a call. Their work is first rate.

I'm interested in this post as I had some work done by a local Powerflow franchisee. He gave me an estimate for a couple of down pipes from an American V8. The originals had holes in them. He had all the kit and did the work quickly and efficiently, so that I thought that he would charge less than the estimate. No chance. Probably my own fault. And the result is very noisy. Now I want someone to insert a couple of silencers into an already existing and mainly efficient system. Hayling Garage, on Hayling Island, seems to be the Yank V8 exhaust specialist mentioned earlier; I might visit them. (There's also a recommended paintshop on the Island as well.)
