Looking for car restoration club
Discussion
Hello everyone,
This is my first post, I am a bit in unknown territory not gonna lie, but so here it goes, I am a student around the Greenwich area, and I have a big passion for cars and motorbikes (new and old, although my sweet spot is between 70's and at the most 2010), watched all of top gears (the good ones) and grand tour, and I really love car restoration. I went online to try and find clubs or unpaid jobs or basically anything that would teach me this passion during the weekend. I am really interested in pretty much all aspects of the mechanical side of things engine cleaning and restoration, same for transmission wheels and brakes, also really interested in interior cleaning and restoration of carpets leather dashboards the lot as well as electronics throughout the cars and of course bodywork cleaning and calling around to find new piece if needed.
I am not sure where to find places where I could learn all that as a passion during the weekend through many years of course, I don't expect to learn all that overnight. But it is a big passion of mine and I wish to learn a lot and hopefully hang out around passionate, interesting people.
So yea if you have any suggestion I would love to hear them, I thank you very much for reading this far and wish you all the best.
