Evoque door opening while driving

hello all.

cant find much online.

completely random but sometimes while driving the passenger door opens and we have to pull over and shut it again.

very dangerous.

any ideas?

Had a similar thing happen with the back door of my 2017 Disco Sport. It was the exterior handle not returning fully to the ‘closed’ position when pulled open. The door would close but wouldn’t catch the latch. Only happened a couple of times and thankfully when moving off at slow speed. A liberal squirt with WD40 cured it.
