I have been considering an Alpine and I have seen a couple I liked the look of, both in in Blue. One had buckets and the other has comfort seats. My wife who will also use the car wanted to try the 2 types of seats as she has some back problems so we tried both and the comfort seats won the day. Anyway we we went through some figures which (due to the interest rate) were a little high (I dont want to "own" the car so PCP would be ideal). A couple of things put me off the one I was looking at a bit (although it drove really well), the "Froot" was damp inside and under the carpet (is this common?), it had 3 previous owners and of course its out of manufacturers warrantee.
When we first went into the showroom we walked past a Normandy Green GT (new) which my wife and I loved, so I bought that smile

Congratulations. Green isn’t my taste, but I always applaud the choice of a bold colour.

When I picked up my car from the dealer, it was still wet from being washed. As the front storage lid was opened, water dripped in. If it’s regularly opened when wet, I suspect it will be prone to a bit of damp.

Wow! I love that - looks great with the black wheels. Many congratulations!

When I ordered my Legende - nearly five years ago now - I was very tempted by the non metallic lime-ish green (Vert Tilleul) but in the end went for Alpine Blue.

Saw a Normandy Green one at Martins in March and it looked gorgeous in the flesh…

I think I got a reasonable deal, 5yr warrantee, 0% 24month PCP, discount on the car and a good trade in for the wife's mini cooper. Looking forward to picking it up next week. After 6 TVR's its a bit of a change smile

Congratulations cool That car was in the showroom when I ordered mine, the colour is stunning and looks great with the red callipers. I said to my wife at the time, if it had bucket seats I'd buy it!
