We turned off half way through the first episode, we just couldn't grasp it, it was way too complicated.
It appears we aren't the only ones, it's been a bit of a flop by all accounts.
I get why people don't like it, but the whole idea is not about the (over complicated) games, it's about the people playing it, the alliances and betrayals. It appears we aren't the only ones, it's been a bit of a flop by all accounts.
It was a brave idea for a series, but ITV audiences were so confused that they have rescheduled it to once a week.
I've carried on watching it, not for the games, but for the dynamics between the contestants (like Traitors - whose games are mostly just silly - it's all about the contestants). It's an ok watch... though the fact that Tennant can't even be bothered to turn up is a bit of a giveaway
