GLA 2019 comand restarting

How do,

Could do with some help. Mrs BS has a 2019 Merc GLA, (X156). Frustratingly the COMAND system reboots and displays the start up screen "DO NOT LET THE COMAND DISTRACT YOU FROM THE TRAFFIC SITATION" when driving. Appears to have no rhyme or reason.

It's a recent second hand purchase. I've driven it when I'm not connected to bluetooth or anything. The car isn't synced to my phone or anything.

I'd love to say I've spent all night googling it, but that would be a complete lie...

Anyone any ideas ?
