Help! D300 I6 - P2261-72 Fault

Hi all, I have a 2021(21) Velar D300 SE, with the in-line 6 cylinder diesel engine (AJ20D6). Currently have a fault code of P2261-72: turbo charger bypass valve “A” - mechanical actuator stuck open. I’ve checked the vacuum pipes to the actuator on the turbo. I haven’t got a vacuum pump, but when disconnect the vacuum pipe at the top of the engine area and I suck on the pipe, I can hear the actuator and the bypass valve operating. I’ve checked all the vacuum pipes and as far as I can tell there are no leaks. When the engine is running there is vacuum present. I’ve visually checked the electrical connector on the bottom of the actuator and it seems fine. The car seems to drive fine / as normal. If I clear the DTC code it comes back on within a short drive, and eventually the car goes into restricted power mode with the amber engine warning light lit solid. Any help or advice on what to investigate next greatly appreciated? Thanks in advance.
