McLaren Hatfield - great service.
Discussion
Sorry for taking up post real estate but I just had to call out the amazing service I've received at McLaren Hatfield.
Rishi is a great guy in the service department, nothing is too much trouble, great to be able to see into the workshop and to talk to the master technicians, all of whom as you'd expect are hugely knowledgeable. The coffee is exceptional too!
Even better while you wait, Aston, Lotus, Ferrari, Porsche and Lamborghini all within walking distance and the breakfast at the Turkish Kitchen is well worth a visit.
First service in my ownership with the GT in early April and a bonnet catch recall today on a wonderful sunny day.
I'm not affiliated with them in any way but I was completely ignored whilst walking round the showroom at Ferrari, at McLaren completely the opposite, white glove service all the way.

Thanks - good timing as I need another option given how dreadful Guildford were for me last time.Rishi is a great guy in the service department, nothing is too much trouble, great to be able to see into the workshop and to talk to the master technicians, all of whom as you'd expect are hugely knowledgeable. I have to agree. I've been around the houses with many of the dealers and found them generally pretty terrible. It's the only downside of owning a McLaren for me.
Hatfield and Rishi is the exception - very happy with them, and nothing has been too much trouble for Rishi. Thoroughly recommend.
