Problems with NOW

I can't connect to NOW. I've tried resetting my password, but it gives a fault window of 'Something went wrong'. Hardly helpful. I can't search to see whether there's a fault as, obviously, I can't sign in. Anyone know of such problems?

The problem is with signing in. When I try, it tells me my password is not recognised. When I try to change it, the system fails to do so.

If I want to try and ascertain if there's a fault, it asks me to sign in. That's my problem, and it's not one Google can help me with evidently.

It seems "There is a problem" issomethign people Google.

When I need to sign in it asks me to open a URL on a different device and enter a code. I have no idea how that works, but it does. Can you log in to NowTV on another device?

Desktop, laptop, mobile phones, and via the online BT/EE help on the TV.

Every damn way, and I keep being told, 'Something went wrong'. I am tetchy. My apologies. I got onto an actual person on BT help. That's one hour and seven minutes of my life I've lost. Their conclusion was that, 'There might be a problem with NOW TV.' They had no idea what, and I should contact NOW myself. Their helpline insists I sign in.

I might delete the package, then get it reinstalled and see how that goes. I'm busy tomorrow, Friday I'm out all day, Sat's out, and Sunday I am. Monday I'm free. I'll probably be a bit irritable by then.
