I just wanted to give a thumbs up to Krazy Horse in Bury St Edmunds and to MV Agusta.

I have a 2 year old Superveloce 800 which had a broken left switch gear (horn button was broken) and needed the rear brake reservoir repositioning as per a service bulletin from MV. Its obviously not great having issues with a nearly new bike, but they were very minor and not something that really bothers me in the grand scheme of things. I took the bike to Krazy Horse a couple of weeks ago, and MV approved the warranty claim within 2 days. The new switch gear and brake parts arrived after a week and now my bike is ready to pick up and enjoy again.

I know its a simple process, but after hearing so many out dated opinions about MV Agusta parts supply, I just wanted to post my experience, and Krazy Horse are always really easy to deal with thumbup

Never called me back re a new Indian Roadmaster despite me calling multiple times. I can only assume they marked me down as a tyre kicker and not serious. Thor got my £30k in the end as at least they returned my call.
