TRV Head Needed

So I’m struggling to find a head for this valve.
M30 but the shape of the nut thing means the standard one won’t go on.

Any ideas ?

What do the letters on the body say?

You can buy adaptors, but I'm not sure what male/female threads they have.

I'd probably change the valve body
