Replacement fuel pump triumph tt600
Discussion
Good afternoon- I need a new fuel pump for my bike.
Genuine triumph one is £200 which I’ll get if I have to but
Is there a manufacturer of bike fuel pumps that people recommend please? Rather pay a bit more for a decent one as it’s a bugger to fit if it needs replacing again.
Thanks in advance

Very often in-tank EFI pumps are quite interchangeable.
Some cheap ones use more current than the OE item.
Flow rate needs to be roughly the same.
Phyisical dimensions to fit the strainer or whatever obviously matter.
Sometimes the same item from Walbrook or whoever is available outside the bike maker's network.

I'm not sure what you mean about it being a bugger to fit; the whole assembly (pump, filter and associated gubbins) drops out of the front of the tank by removing six nuts and you can then put it on the bench and take it apart at your leisure.Genuine triumph one is £200 which I’ll get if I have to but

Generic fuel pumps are available off ebay for about £15 upwards, I certainly wouldn't be paying £200 for a genuine Triumph one.
Protech would be my choice if looking at aftermarket.

Looking at the diagram it looks like it would be similar to one. Would have to get it apart first and double check what you need.

Search for the part number - T1240911 - on eBay, Amazon, etc. i can find aftermarket alternatives from £24.
The Fowlers Parts website will tell you which other Triumphs use the same pump, which might expand the search.
Have you checked the Triumph forums, Triumph Rat, Triumph Talk, The Triumph Forum for example?

It's probably the same fuel pump as half a dozen cars and many of the Triumph motorcycles built from the mid 1990's to the mid 2000's.

a bit closer to home if you like: https://www.motomoto24.com/triumph/288788-all-ball...
The all balls kit above probably won't be using the OEM pump. The OEM part number is T1240911 - you might be able to cross reference it to the OEM (maybe Denso) but for all that faff I'd probably just buy the All Balls kit linked above....
