Frankfurt to Calais: Road & hotel suggestion?

Did a big road trip around Europe very recently but ended up doing most of in a Kia rather than my 911 due to a breakdown.
Just heard today that Porsche have fixed my car and I’m flying out on Tuesday to pick it up and drive it home.
I don’t have the time to go anywhere other back home to the UK from Frankfurt but want to try to enjoy some good roads/scenery and stay at a one or two nice places on the way if possible.
