Looks OK. A bit dark because the bright sky is pushing the exposure down a bit, and you need to turn off autofocus so that it doesnt refocus on to raindrops.
You might like to have a look at DaVinci resolve (there's a free version) to brighten the lower half, and possibly smooth it out with some stabilisation. (Which I assume the free version offers - I don't use it).

Thanks for the tips. Yeah, I noticed the refocus and exposure issue (it wasn't even a bright day at that point!).
