Most summer-like all season tyres
Discussion
My wife's A5 needs four new tyres as hers are all perishing slightly (garage mentioned it at the MOT but it's not enough for an advisory yet), at the moment she has Pirelli P-zeros on there and we find they're a bit on the sketchy side when it's cold and damp out with the ABS kicking in when slowing to junctions, the odd slipping when going round slow corners, etc. and it doesn't fill her with confidence.
She used to swap to winter tyres when commuting every day in her old car but we couldn't get hold of winter tyres for her wheel size (255/35 R19) for a couple of winters so we're looking at putting on all-season tyres to use all year round as that's what I do on my Land Rover but I don't want to spoil how nice the Audi is to drive by putting it on tyres that aren't suited to the summer.
The car doesn't do the miles to justify buying a new set of alloys / tyres to swap to when it gets cold.
I've seen this review from Tyre Reviews

Where the Pirelli Cinturato All Season SF3 comes out on top, does anyone have any experience with using this tyre all year round? The snow/ice performance isn't critical as we've got my car (Disco Sport on Cross Climates) for when it gets really bad.

If you read the review Jon says the Bridgestones are the most summer like on that test. The Pirelli are the most rounded.
Personally, living in London and not wholly reliant on the car, I’d rather get cold optimised summer tyres like the Continental Premium Contact 7. Fine when its chilly out, say 3 degrees or so, but if there is snow on the ground or its icy, can just take public transport or remain in place and WFH.
